SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
SEESE ships to the United States and Canada. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders shipped to any address at our sole discretion.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SEESE is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by SEESE. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
RISK OF LOSS
All risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. SEESE is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been dispatched. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
SEESE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. No refunds will be issued.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. SEESE has no control over these charges and will not reimburse them.
SEESE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
