ALL PURCHASES MADE FROM (2) SEESE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Product not meeting subjective expectations
- Duplicate or accidental orders
- Delay in shipping or delivery
- Items lost in transit
- Incorrect address provided by the customer

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, SEESE reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a replacement, partial credit, or other remedy is warranted. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence. SEESE's decision on all such claims is final and binding.

CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting (2) SEESE constitutes a breach of this policy. SEESE reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and permanently ban the customer from future purchases.

NO EXCEPTIONS
No employee or representative of (2) SEESE has authority to modify or waive this policy. This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
